Oxford University Innovation spins out LiliumX

2021-05-18

Oxford University Innovation and LiliumX have completed the technology transfer process, establishing LiliumX as a University of Oxford spin-out. LiliumX is spun out from the Department of Biochemistry, and it is the first company in 24 years to be formed solely from this Department. As part of the spin-out process, LiliumX is licensing world-class protein conjugation technologies from Oxford University Innovation, including the SpyTag/SpyCatcher system. LiliumX is proud to be a part of the University's high-profile portfolio, and LiliumX's founders thank the Department of Biochemistry and Oxford University Innovation for their support and fruitful collaboration. Oxford University Innovation's spin-out portfolio can be found here.
